NEN-EN-ISO

The Pathology quality assurance system has been set up in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 15189 guidelines and has been accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA). This is an international recognition. The scope (list of activities) for which the accreditation is included on the website of the RvA under registration number M189.

NIAZ

As part of the MUMC+, the Pathology department has a NIAZ accreditation.

PRIVACY

Security of personal information is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ISO-27001.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Our organization appreciates your opinion, even if it is critical. It allows us to improve. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our care, please report this to the concerned employee. That gives us the solution to look for a solution together with you. If you cannot find a solution together, please report it to our KRAM manager. This ensures that the complaints and/or reports are reported and fed back.
