Renée studied Health Sciences and Biomedical Sciences at Maastricht University. She obtained her master’s degree in 2018. Subsequently, she did an additional internship at the Anne McLaren Laboratory of the Stem Cell Institute, University of Cambridge. Afterwards, she started her PhD in January 2019 in the Experimental Vascular Pathology group, under supervision of Judith Sluimer and Erik Biessen.
